My journey becoming a nutritionist started with my own struggles with digestive issues for many years that left me anxious about food, constantly bloated and fatigued. Through my journey to heal my gut I developed a deep appreciation for the healing power of food and the fundamental role that nutrition plays in our health. My goal is to inspire my clients to eat well and ignite a passion for nourishing themselves through food.
Since 2017 I have been under the guidance and mentorship of Sydney Naturopath Anthia Koullouros. Working closely with her as her Clinic Manager & Assistant, supporting clients improve their health.
My consultations are held online or in-person at the Apotheca By Anthia Clinic - 346 Bourke Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010.

My Food Philosophy
Food is foundational to good health! However, what to eat can often seem overwhelming, confusing and conflicting. Everyone has unique needs which means there is no “one size fits all” approach to nutrition.
My approach takes into consideration your unique needs, symptoms, preferences and lifestyle. My food philosophy is always grounded in the following principles:
Eat wholefoods.
Minimise food thats are highly processed with hidden ingredients (packaged foods).
Eat foods that support & nourish your gut.
Consider the source of your ingredients - both plants and animals.
Nutrition & nourishment is always more important than the calorie content.
Take time to eat & enjoy food!
