A Holistic approach to health seeks to identify the underlying causes of your symptoms, not simply treating your symptoms. In addition to assessing diet and lifestyle influences, I also utilise testing where necessary to gain a deeper understanding of your health

When it comes to health, I believe it’s best to test, not guess.


Some of the common tests that I use are:

  • Comprehensive Stool Analysis – Assesses digestive markers, yeasts, parasites, and bacterial balance.

  • SIBO Testing – Detects small intestinal bacterial overgrowth.

  • Food Intolerance Testing – Identifies potential food-related triggers.

  • Hormone Testing – Evaluates menstrual cycle health, ovulation, and imbalances affecting PMS, irregular cycles, and hormonal symptoms.

  • Blood Testing – Interpreted using optimal (not just standard) reference ranges.

The initial consultation is a deep dive into your diet, health & symptoms. This is a comprehensive consultation to allow me to develop a holistic understanding of your health and recommend the most appropriate dietary changes, lifestyle changes and additional testing (if required) to support your health and have you feeling your best.

Follow-up Consultation 30mins - $95, 45mins - $135 or 60mins - $185


During the follow-up consultations we will review pathology results, adjust your prescription and your recommendations to ensure that your health goals are being achieved and your symptoms are improving.
